The TRISP research group is an international team of researchers based in Germany, Sweden and the United Kingdom with cooperation partners in Argentina, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Sweden, and the United States. We share a common approach to questions on trends in inequality and economic policy, which is based on micro-founded quantitative macroeconomic models and an according structural interpretation of the data. This approach enables us to conduct counterfactual analyses on the three way interaction between policy, the macroeconomy, and inequality.
